Gain a general understanding of coffee beans- from raw beans to roasted beans to a delicious of cup of coffee.

Making the perfect brew
Learn how to brew a perfect cup of coffee- from adjusting the grinder to tamping the grinds to timing the extraction to creating a beautiful crema.

Receive individual instruction and hands-on training through our small-group classes that give you the attention you need to perfect your new skills.

Course basics
Courses are three hours long (evenings or weekends) with a maximum of three people per class. The cost is £75 per person.
