Shipping Terms and Conditions

We mainly use Royal Mail and occasionally other delivery services.

How much does delivery cost?

Free delivery on orders over £35— EXCLUDING coffee machines, grinders and other equipment*.

Shipping is £5.45 inclusive of postage and packaging for all orders. Prices are subject to change.

*Coffee machines and grinders are available for collection only at our shop in Axminster. We may be able to arrange delivery; however the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs. Please contact us for further details.

Where do you deliver to?

Currently, we are shipping to Mainland UK only. 

How long until I receive my order?

For coffee orders, we roast our web orders on Tuesday & Thursday and aim to dispatch your coffee within 24-48 hours (not accounting for weekends and Bank Holidays)

We will do our utmost to ensure that you receive your coffee within 7 working days of order, usually orders will be received within 4 days from ordering.

Do I need to be in to receive delivery?

For orders shipped via Royal Mail, a missed delivery may result in your package being taken to your nearest Royal Mail Collection Office.
