Shipping Terms and Conditions

We use Royal Mail and Hermes delivery services. The courier used to deliver your order will be dependent on the weight of the package. Please refer to the details below.

How much does delivery cost?

Free delivery on orders over £30 EXCLUDING coffee grinders*.

Our shipping costs include postage and packaging. Prices are subject to change:

• 250g  £2.50 by Royal Mail, 1st Class 

• Over 250g to 1kg  £3.95 by Royal Mail, 1st Class 

• Over 1kg to 5kg   £4.95 by Hermes 

*Coffee grinders are available for collection only at our shop in Axminster. We may be able to arrange delivery; however the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs. Please contact us for further details.

Where do you deliver to?

Currently, we are shipping to Mainland UK only. 

How long until I receive my order?

For coffee orders, we roast our web orders on Tuesday & Thursday and aim to dispatch your coffee within 24-48 hours (not accounting for weekends and Bank Holidays)

We will do our utmost to ensure that you receive your coffee within 7 working days of order, usually orders will be received within 4 days from ordering.

Do I need to be in to receive delivery?

For orders shipped via Royal Mail, a missed delivery may result in your package being taken to your nearest Royal Mail Collection Office.

Hermes allows you to track your parcel through their webpage, where you can divert your parcel if you won’t be home to receive it.
